Being Italian, I always approach Italian restaurant abroad with a skeptical eye, but this one is really good. The ambience is pleasent, the personnel is polite a breath of fresh air in Brussels They have quite a few kinds of pasta, plus meat and fish. And the portions are more than enough! Good wine, good price as well.
Reservation recommended. Went for dinner with a friend, hoping to get great italian food for our hungry stomachs. I have to admit that the whole experience was so disastrous that it might be my worst-to-date trip advisor review.

You do not want to miss out on eating here!!! We just stopped by and there was no availability. So I made reservations for the next night. I had to plan my day around a 6pm dinner but it was totally worth it. Amazing pasta, sauces and service!! We ordered a saucage pasta and the spinach pasta and they where amazing! The owner was very helpful while ordering and was really fun to talk to! Best food we had in Brussels.

My favourite restaurant. You get what you see : a small only lunch, working days pasta bar. Daily suggestions of big plates full of pasta. Staff’s temper can swing and so does the service quality. Went there for a business lunch. Very friendly staff. I had pasta and wild mushroom: rather disappointing. Far too salted. Chocolate cake was fine.

For those who like to taste an original italian recipe, nice chianti and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere of romance The restaurant is fairly small and extremely hard to get into, so make a reservation even for lunch as far in advance as possible. The owner personally comes around to each table to explain the pastas that his wife is making that day.
We enjoyed both of our pastas but loved the tiramisu. The owner makes a detailed presentation about the menu to every table to help you to select your dish. I’ve selected a pasta made with fresh mushrooms and chestnuts and it was the best pasta I ever had. Simply amazing.

And quick. Like 15 minutes quick. You can even skip the wine part and achieve pretty similar and awesome results. As with many of my recipes, take this as a technique, and switch up the vegetables according to the seasons. These days, the markets are filled with sprouts, leeks, and my favorite green, spigarello. The taste, for me, is somewhere between kale and a very mild broccoli. Look out for it. Once the oil is hot, add the leek, garlic, Brussels sprouts, thyme, and generous pinches of both sea salt and pepper.
Feel free to play with your heat in order to achieve a nice caramelized color on your vegetables. Deglaze the pan with the white wine, and let reduce about one minute. Add the coconut milk and heat through. Add the spigarello and continue cooking until the greens are tender, about minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
